But what is the reality when the people we put our trust in are no longer around?
Today, there are more than 3.2 million disabled people living in isolation at home, disconnected from loved ones and the community. Many go for days without any positive social contact and become further isolated due to their disabilities. AARC works to make a difference in the lives of those living in isolation and in despair.
